need a vehicle to obtain another job and to restart the deaf ministry for the deaf

greetings to all of you who may read the posting on this site,
    my name is bobby harris I am hard of hearing and I am a deaf ministry coordinator/Leader for the deaf and disabled in the ministry, I am also a victim of vehicle theft and now that I had been without my vehicle its been just a little over a year already I was not able to obtain another employment due to no vehicle, most places who employ people prefer and like to hire those who have a vehicle, since I don't have one I was turned down for jobs at so many places, where I live now is a very small town with no city transit of any kind,  it is mostly all walking with no sidewalks and in a rural area of town and having to walk uphill just to get into town, and most people drive here in the areas,

my job as a deaf ministry is that I must provide my own means of transportation to the deaf and the ministry since most do not have vans as they do for senior people to bring to church or chapels for services on Sunday's and Wednesdays and it is causing more delays with the hold up on the ministry the deaf will wonder and become unhappy with the situation, I have tried to remedy this situation but failed to do so, because of no vehicle to transport or to get jobs and to restart my ministry work, as I am certified for it.my car before I had was a 1998 mercury mountaineer SUV and this was stolen from me,

I am seeking help from others out there who would be kind and generous to help since I am trying to raise enough money to buy another vehicle whether it be new or pre owned or good quality vehicles that will run for many years from the day I get it, I do get income but it has come from my father whom passed away almost a few years ago, he was a US army veteran retired and died during surgery and left this to me to inherit this money. but the situation is it is not enough to place a down payment on the vehicle if I were to find one, nor is it enough to just purchase it out of the car lot,

anyone can help with any amount they can do. I however have already been scammed by two people who were going to offer help they wanted all personal information from me which is illegal to give out to if its bank account or routing number that's fine for transfer funds purposes of wiring it to the account from their bank or sources, if anyone has a good heart and feels good about helping someone please contact me at my email address. which I will provide below this message. I am trying as hardest to get another job to regain my future and to get something started so I wont fall behind on anything, I have sore knees from surgery in 1974 with one being with tumor removed and started to hurt from walking I cannot walk much out there now as I did when I was much younger I am now 58 years old.

it makes it harder to walk that far, if a person doesn't have a vehicle to drive on roads without even sidewalks. with your help I can obtain another job by employment and to restart my ministry for the deaf even though I get no commission for this. if you like you can spread the good word about this to anyone who is willing to help out in some way to ensure I have a means of transportation, I do want to take the opportunity to thank those in heart for the help I have received from others out there anywhere in the US. no matter where anyone may be, if you can find in your heart to help please do let me know, here is my contact via email below my signature,
